Flexibility to function in a circular role effectively delivering perioperative care to our surgical patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation

Effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (including Surgeons & Anesthesiologists) in coordinating the plan of care and facilitation of patient outcomes

Follow proper infection control and safety practices in the performance of all duties
Job Qualifications
Two (2) years of clinical experience in an Operating Room required
Current licensure in the State of New York as a Registered Nurse
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
Basic Life Support certification (BLS) through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
Child Abuse and Infection Control Certification Required
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification is a plus
Multi specialty ASC – focus on Ophthalmology and GI a plus
